The BiH Working Group has officially approved the new Law on Market Surveillance of Non-Food Products, marking a big step forward in aligning with EU standards.
Proud that our project contributed to this milestone — supporting the Directorate for European Integration, the Market Surveillance Agency, and the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, while addressing the priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations.
This important reform was made possible through the support of UNOPS – Knowledge for Reform Action in the Western Balkans, and implemented by Prishtina REA & PAI.
