Follow These Steps

Not Enrolled Yet?

If you don’t yet have your eID enrolled and activated, here’s how to proceed:

Visit CRA

Visit your nearest Municipal Civil Registration Agency office for eID enrollment.

Enroll Your eID

At the center, your biometric data will be collected and throughout an Level of Assurance High process which takes just couple minutes, you’ll collect your eID to be stored on the Kosovo e-Wallet.

Bring Required Documents

Valid ID card

Start Using UKC on Your Desktop

Once your electronic identity is enrolled, install UKC on your computer, connect your eID, and start signing documents securely
