For the first time since its establishment, the Mediterranean Network of Regulatory Authorities (MNRA) will hold its 24th Annual Plenary Assembly in Prishtina, on 2–3 October 2025. The Independent Media Commission of Kosovo (IMC), as a full member of MNRA, has the honor of hosting this landmark event, which will bring together media regulators, experts, and institutions to discuss common challenges, achievements, and the future vision of the network. The MNRA Plenary Assembly is the leading platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cooperation among its members on the evolving ecosystem of audiovisual regulation. Held annually on a rotating basis among MNRA members, this gathering provides a unique opportunity to share best practices, promote media freedom and the responsible use of media, and strengthen collaboration across the Mediterranean region and beyond.
